DECREE No. 128/2003/ND-CP of October 31, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum Management Board
President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum Management Board is a governmental agency, performing the function of directing and coordinating relevant units in order to integrally and eternally protect and preserve President Ho Chi Minh's remains; ensure security and order in the assigned area; manage and organize a number of activities at the Mausoleum and martyrs' monuments; manage Ba Dinh Square and relevant works according to law provisions.
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling Clause 9, Article 1 of Decree No. 276/HDBT of December 7, 1985 of the Council of Ministers on the tasks of all branches in eternally preserving President Ho Chi Minh's remains and managing President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and Ba Dinh Square, and previous regulations contrary thereto.- (Summary)
