In furtherance of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 22/1999/QD-TTg of February 13, 1999, the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the said Circular guiding in detail the hand-over, reception and determination of asset value as well as the capital reimbursement of medium-voltage power grids in rural and mountainous areas.- (Summary)
