CIRCULAR No. 02/1999/TT-BLDTBXH of January 9, 1999 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 93/1998/ND-CP of November 12, 1998 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Regulation on Social Insurance issued together with Decree No. 12-CP of January 26, 1995 of the Government

This Circular guides the implementation of the regime applicable to the laborers who have prematurely retired according to Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree No. 93/1998/ND-CP; the calculation of the average level of the monthly wages which serve as basis for calculation of pensions for laborers who have been engaged for full 15 years in heavy, noxious or hazardous work or jobs according to Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No.93/1998/ND-CP; and the female laborers’ maternity leave during which they shall not have to pay social insurance premium according to Clause 3, Article 1 of Decree No.93/1998/ND-CP.- (Summary)
