DECISION No. 74/2004/QD-BTC of September 16, 2004 prescribing the wharfage dues tariff as well as management and use of wharfage dues for Ben Dam and Con Dao-Vung Tau ports
Liable to the wharfage dues prescribed in this Decision are fishing vessels and transport means as well as cargoes at Ben Dam and Con Dao-Vung Tau ports, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
Other contents not mentioned in this Decision shall comply with the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC of July 24, 2002.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
