CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 08/2004/TT-BNV of February 19, 2004 guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 115/2003/ND-CP of October 10, 2003 on the regime of reserve public employees
This Circular guides in detail the recruitment and employment of reserve public employees; their tasks, regimes and policies towards them; responsibilities of agencies employing and managing reserve public employees, the assessment and appointment of reserve public employees to the rank of public employees, commendation and disciplining of reserve public employees; and management of reserve public employees.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
