CIRCULAR No. 98/1998/TT-BTC of July 14, 1998 stipulating the procurement, management and use of telephones and fax machines in the State agencies and units

The Ministry of Finance stipulates the procurement, management and use of telephones and fax machines in the State agencies and units which use operating funds allocated from the State budget in order to implement the Ordinance on Thrift Practice and Wastefulness Combat and efficiently use the operating funds from the State budget.-
