CIRCULAR No. 09/2005/TT-BLDTBXH of January 5, 2005 guiding the calculation of average labor productivity and average salary in State companies under the Government’s Decree No. 206/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling Circular No. 06/2001/TT-BLDTBXH of January 29, 2001.

The provisions of this Circular apply as from January 1, 2005.- (Summary)
