DECISION NoDECISION No. 95/2001/QD-BTC of October 1, 2001 amending and supplementing Decision No. 83/2000/QD-BTC of May 29, 2000 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the fee levels for granting business registration certificates
To supplement and amend Clause 4, Article 2 of Decision No. 83/2000/QD-BTC:
"4. Certification of registration of changes in business registration certificate contents; certification of registration for operation of enterprises� branches or representative offices: VND 20,000 (twenty thousand)/each time (certification or change certification)."
To supplement and amend Article 3 of Decision No. 83/2000/QD-BTC on the responsibilities of the agencies collecting fees for granting business registration certificates.- (Summary)
