DECISION No. 13/2004/QD-BTC of January 15, 2004 amending and supplementing a number of provisions of the Finance Minister's Decision No. 10/2003/QD-BTC of January 24, 2003 promulgating the charge rates for inspection of technical safety and quality of motorized vehicles and assorted special-use vehicular equipment and machinery
This Decision amends and supplements Article 4, and some points in Sections IV, V and VI of the said Decision No. 10/2003/QD-BTC specifying the charge tables for inspection of quality and technical safety of motorized vehicles and assembly parts thereof, domestically manufactured or assembled or imported motorized vehicles and special-use vehicular equipment and machinery.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
