DECISION No. 111/2002/QD-TTg of August 21, 2002 amending and supplementing the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 80/2001/QD-TTg of May 24, 2001 on handling and rearranging State-owned houses and land in Ho Chi Minh City

The amended contents cover the provisions on the competence to decide on the handling and rearrangement of working offices, production and/or business establishments of agencies and units based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This Decision also amends a number of regulations on housing/land pricing and auctioning.- (Summary)
