DECISION No.02/1999/QD-BTP of January 9, 1999 promulgating the working Regulation of the Justice Ministry’s leadership

The working Regulation of the Justice Ministry’s leadership, issued together with this Decision, stipulates the working style of the leadership of the Justice Ministry and the working relationship between the minister and vice ministers; between the minister and the heads of the units attached to the Ministry; between the vice ministers; between the vice ministers and the heads of the units they are in charge of; and between the Ministry’s leaders and the Party organizations and socio-political organizations within the Ministry. The Regulation also stipulates the information and reporting regimes as well as the procedures for the settlement of affairs and the signing of legal documents of the Justice Ministry.- (Summary)
