DECREE No.95-CP OF DECEMBER 23, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT providing for the regime of lump-sum subsidies and rewards to armymen, officials of agencies of the Party, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations, social organizations, who are on the State payroll, and who worked or fought on B, C, K battlefields during the anti-US resistance for national salvation, who had to provide financial support to no next of kin, and armymen and officials who were ordered by the Party to stay behind in the South for revolutionary activities after the 1954 Geneva Agreement (including those who have died).- (summary)
