Decision No. 100/2000/QD-TTg of August 17, 2000 transferring the provincial-level Industrial Park Management Boards to the provincial/municipal People�s Committees

To transfer the provincial-level Industrial Park Management Boards (excluding the Management Board of Dung Quat Industrial Park and Management Board of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park) to the People�s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities.

The provincial-level Industrial Park Management Boards, which directly manage industrial parks, shall be subject to the direction of the People�s Committees of the same level for their organization, payrolls, working plans and funding; and at the same time, subject to the professional direction by the branch- and domain-managing ministries, ministerial-level agencies and agencies attached to the Government.

The tasks of the provincial-level Industrial Park Management Boards shall comply with the provisions in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with Decree No. 36/Cp of April 24, 1997.- (Summary)
