JOINT CIRCULAR NoJOINT CIRCULAR No. 57/2001/TTLT/BTC-BGTVT of July 10, 2001 guiding the regimes of estimation, management, allocation and settlement as well as final settlement of river-way economic public-service capital
Public-service funding for river-way work repair, provided by the State budget for the management, regular or irregular repair of river-way works, is managed, allocated, settled and finally settled according to the norms, unit prices and repair volumes approved by competent authorities.
The funding provided for the management, regular or irregular repair of centrally-run river-way works (managed by Vietnam River-Ways Department) shall be financed by the central budget.
The funding provided for the management, regular or irregular repair of locally-run river-way works shall be financed by local budget.- (Summary)
