DECISION NoDECISION No. 1280/2002/QD-BGTVT of April 26, 2002 amending Section 1.4 of the Regulation on modification of land-road motorized means of transport, issued together with Decision No. 1362/2000/QD-BGTVT
The amended contents are as follows:
Not to modify by changing the use properties of land-road means of transport which have been used for more than 15 years. Except for passenger cars being used in transport business with the use duration not exceeding 30 years, they shall be modified into trucks (excluding special-use trucks).- (Summary)
