JOINT CIRCULAR No. 01/2005/TTLT-BTS-BNV of February 3, 2005 guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of professional agencies assisting the People’s Committees in performing the State management over fisheries in localities

Under this Joint Circular, the provincial/municipal Fisheries Services shall advise and assist the provincial/municipal People’s Committees in performing the State management over fisheries in localities.

This Joint Circular also provides for the State management over fisheries in localities where provincial/municipal Fisheries Services are not set up yet, professional agencies that assist the district-level People’s Committees in performing the State management over fishery, and officials in charge of fishery affairs in communes, wards or townships.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
