DECISION No. 15/2005/QD-TTg of January 19, 2005 adding communes meeting with exceptional difficulties under the Program on socio-economic development for communes meeting with exceptional difficulties in mountainous ethnic minority regions as well as border, deep-lying and remote areas

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, 16 communes in the former resistance war region of Thai Nguyen province and 22 communes split and set up from the communes under the above-said program (Program 135) are added to the list of communes meeting with exceptional difficulties for investment support under the Program as from 2005.- (Summary)
