RESOLUTION No. 742/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 of December 24, 2004 assigning the jurisdiction to settle civil cases, prescribed in Article 33 of the Civil Procedure Code, to the People’s Courts of districts, provincial capitals, or cities

As from January 1, 2005, 126 People’s Courts of districts, provincial capitals or cities named in this Resolution have the jurisdiction to settle civil cases in accordance with Article 33 of the Civil Procedure Code.- (Summary)
