DIRECTIVE No. 09/2004/CT-BYT of November 29, 2004 on enhancing the level-based direction of medical examination and treatment With this Directive, the Health Minister instructs the departments of the Ministry, provincial/municipal Health Services, directors of hospitals and clinics having patient beds under the Ministry and branch hospitals, headmasters of medicine and pharmacy universities and colleges under the Ministry, and heads of branch medical establishments to well perform the level-based direction so as to provide medical services to more people.- (Summary)
