DIRECTIVE No. 43/2004/CT-TTg of December 3, 2004 on transferring State-owned dwelling houses to provincial/municipal People’s Committees
With this Directive, the Prime Minister requests all ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government-attached agencies and their dependent units which are managing State-owned dwelling houses must complete by the first quarter of 2005 the transfer of such houses to provincial/municipal People’s Committees.- (Summary)
