THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 22/CP of May 22, 1993 on the tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 128/2000/QD-TTg of November 20, 2000 on a number of policies and measures to encourage investment in and development of software industry;
At the proposals of the director of the Information Technology Office, the director of the Legal Department and the director of the Ministry�s Office,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the List of home-made materials and raw materials in direct service of the software production, serving as a basis for determining import tax preferences as prescribed in the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 128/2000/QD-TTg of November 20, 2000 on a number of policies and measures to encourage investment in and development of software industry.
Article 2.- The List of home-made materials and raw materials in direct service of the software production, issued together with this Decision, shall be adjusted on an annual basis.
Where problems arise in the use of the list for settling the procedures related to import tax exemption, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment shall consider and settle them concretely.
Article 3.- The Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
Article 4.- The director of the Information Technology Office, the director of the Legal Department, the director of the Ministry�s Office, the concerned agencies, organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
