Issued together with this Decision is the Regulation on the organization and operation of NEAD Technology Application and Development Company.

NEAD Technology Application and Development Company is a State-run enterprise under Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.

Its production, business and service activities cover:

1. The provision of services on:

- Technological transfer consultancy and investment in the fields of nuclear energy and radiation technology;

- Science and technology in the fields of nuclear energy, radiation technology, radiation safety and control, environmental technology, informatics, industrial electricity, and civil electricity;

- Construction and installation of scientific, technical, civil, air conditioning, cooling technique and radiation works.

2. Import and export of:

- Scientific and technical supplies, machinery and equipment in the fields of nuclear energy, radiation safety, bio-technology, health, informatics equipment, telecommunications, civil and industrial electric equipment, transport means, project construction equipment, cooling and air-conditioning equipment, chemicals and chemical equipment in service of test and production, supplies and office equipment, consumer goods and materials, and means of production;

- Experts and technicians;

- Dealing in scientific and technical books and journals written on paper and CD-ROM.

3. Agency for purchasing, selling, consigning and dealing in industrial and civil supplies and goods.- (Summary)
