DECISION No.38/1998/QD-TTg of February 16, 1998 on the transfer of Cat Tien National Garden under the People's Committees of Dong Nai, Lam Dong and Binh Phuoc provinces to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for management.

The Cat Tien National Garden covers a total area of 73,878 hectares encompassing southern Cat Tien area in Dong Nai province, western Cat Tien area in Binh Phuoc province and Cat Loc Nature Preserve in Lam Dong province.

The People's Committee of Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc and Lam Dong provinces shall have to transfer the status quo of land, assets, capital, managerial apparatus,... of the Cat Tien National Garden to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.- (Summary)
