On the Government’s October 2007 regular meeting

On November 3, 2007, the Government held its October regular meeting where it heard the Minister-Director of the Government Office presenting a draft of the Government’s Working Regulation, and a draft of the Government’s Resolution on a number of urgent solutions to solve problems in construction investment activities and reform some administrative procedures applicable to enterprises’ business activities; the Finance Minister presenting a draft of the National Assembly Resolution on pre-tax profit deductions for setting up the Scientific and Technological Development Fund; the Justice Minister presenting a draft Ordinance Revising a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations; the Planning and Investment Minister’s report on the socio-economic situation in October and the first ten months of 2007; the Government Inspectorate’s report on inspection, and settlement of complaints and denunciations in the third quarter and on anti-corruption in October; and the Home Affairs Minister’s report on administrative reform in October.- (Summary)
