In furtherance of the provisions in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Government�s Decree No. 77/2000/ND-CP of December 15, 2000, after reaching agreement with the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel and the Finance Ministry, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued this Circular, guiding the readjustment of the levels of monthly subsidies and allowances for revolutionary activists, fallen heroes� families, war invalids, diseased soldiers and people with meritorious services to the Revolution.- (Summary)
