JOINT CIRCULAR
Guiding the provision of support tools to civil judgment-enforcing agencies and the management and use thereof
This Joint Circular does not guide the provision of judgment enforcement support tools to military judgment-enforcing agencies and the management and use of such tools.
It shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling the Justice Ministry’s Circular No. 66/TP-THA of July 4, 1996.- (Summary)
