On the implementation of the National Assembly’s Resolution adjusting the 2005 legislative program

Under this Resolution, agencies managing or participating in the examination of bills and draft ordinances should actively coordinate with concerned bodies in ensuring the set examination tempo; the Board for Legislative Work assumes the prime responsibility for, and coordinates with concerned agencies in, assisting the National Assembly Standing Committee to direct the adjustment of bills and draft ordinances before submitting them to the National Assembly for passage.- (Summary)
