DECREE No. 12/2005/ND-CP of February 3, 2005 on organization and operation of the Government Cipher Inspectorate

Under this Decree, the Government Cipher Inspectorate is an agency attached to the Government Committee on Cipher, functioning to conduct administrative inspection and specialized inspection within the scope of State management over cipher in accordance with the provisions of law.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
