DECISION No. 19/2004/QD-BTNMT of October 4, 2004 approving the Charter on organization and operation of the Hydro-Meteorological Technical Material Company

The Hydro-Meteorological Technical Material Company (HYMETCO) is a State enterprise under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

It is headquartered at Alley 62, Nguyen Chi Thanh road, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi.

The Charter prescribes the tasks, powers, responsibilities, organizational structure and finance of the company.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
