RESOLUTION No. 02/2004/NQ-HDTP of August 10, 2004 guiding the application of laws to settling civil as well as marriage and family-related cases

This Resolution guides the application of law provisions on statute of limitations to civil transactions and to the initiation of inheritance-related lawsuits; on land-use right-related inheritance and disputes; and on settlement of disputes over property allocated by the State to people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Sumamry)
