DECISION No. 127/2004/QD-TTg of July 14, 2004 experimentally establishing Ho Chi Minh City's Fire Fighting and Rescue Service
To experimentally establish the Fire Fighting and Rescue Service under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh city on the basis of reorganizing the fire prevention and fighting police force of the City's Public Security force and a number of units with rescue functions under the Municipal Services and branches.
