Promulgated together with this Decision is the Regulation on management, use and exploitation, ensuring traffic safety, of Ho Chi Minh road - stage I.

This Regulation prescribes the management, use and exploitation of Ho Chi Minh road, stage I, from Hoa Lac (Ha Tay) to Tan Canh (Kon Tum) in order to guide State management agencies, organizations and people living along roadsides as well as means and people joining in traffic in the implementation thereof, ensuring traffic safety, works' safety and efficient exploitation of works.- (Summary)
