The Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control journal is a non-business press unit with revenues under the General Department of Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control (GDSMQC).

The journal is tasked to disseminate undertakings and policies of the Party, the State and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment as well as the GDSMQC�s guidance on standardization, measurement, quality, protection of consumers� interests, and other relevant domains.- (Summary)
