The Regulation on management of the handling of State assets at administrative and public-service agencies, issued together with this Decision, shall apply to the recovery, transfer and liquidation of State assets already assigned to State management bodies, public-service units, political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations and Vietnamese diplomatic agencies in foreign countries for management and use.

The assets formulated from the State budget sources, originating from the State budget or with the State ownership thereover being established according to the provisions of law, already assigned to above-mentioned subjects for management and use shall be handled according to the provisions of this Regulation, include:

- Houses and land belonging to working office and other constructions affixed to land;

- Transport means in service of work;

- Machinery, working facilities and other assets in service of working requirements which are determined as fixed assets.- (Summary)
