Issued together with this Decision are 5 more kinds of fine-collecting receipts, form CTT 45C, with fine par values of VND 5,000, VND 10,000, VND 20,000, VND 50,000 and VND 100,000 inscribed thereon. These 5 kinds of receipts shall be uniformly used throughout the country for the collection of fines imposed on acts subject to on-spot administrative sanctions without inscribing the full names of fine payers thereon.- (Summary)
