The provisional Regulation issued together with this Decision defines the responsibilities of organizations and individuals performing the tasks of specialized inspection of land-road, railway and inland waterway communications and transport, and the forms of handling violations committed by individuals engaged in traffic inspection activities.

This Regulation shall apply to organizations and individuals responsible for managing and organizing the traffic inspection activities at various levels and directly performing the tasks of traffic inspection.- (Summary)
