Promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of the Emulation and Commendation Department
The Emulation and Commendation Department is attached to the State Bank of Vietnam, functioning to assist the State Bank Governor in performing the function of state management of the emulation and commendation work in the banking industry according to the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
