JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding the application of the common minimum wage level as from October 1, 2006, to cadres, civil servants and employees in state agencies, state non-business units, political organizations and socio-political organizations

This Joint Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annul Joint Circular No. 105/2005/TTLT/BNV-BTC of October 3, 2005.

The provisions of this Joint Circular shall apply as from October 1, 2006.- (Summary)
