This Decision prescribes the supplementation of the allowance regimes applicable to medical official and employees who directly participate in eliminating extremely dangerous epidemics, including cholera, bubonic plague, malaria and HIV/AIDS; the addition of allowances of special professions for medical officials and employees working in establishments which provide medical examination and treatment as well as services for HIV/AIDS patients.- (Summary)
