To adjust the investment project on Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park Technical Infrastructure Construction and Business in Binh Duong province under the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 714/TTg of August 30, 1997: Binh Duong Production and Export and Import Company shall transfer the 47.01 ha-Zone A to DAPARK Real Estates Construction and Business Joint-Stock Company for the latter to invest and trade in technical infrastructure with the total investment capital of VND 63.825 billion. The operation duration of the project shall be 50 years after the investment license is issued.

The remaining contents shall comply with Decision No. 714/TTg.- (Summary)
