Decree No. 56/1998/ND-CP of July 30, 1998 of the Government stipulating the forms, eligible subjects and criteria for commendation and reward by the Government, the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government and the People�s Committees of all levels; and specifying the criteria for conferment of the Labor Order. This Circular of the Ministry of Education and Training concretely guides a number of points in the implementation of Decree No. 56/1998/ND-CP in the education and training service; the forms of and criteria for awarding emulation titles to individuals and collectives in the education and training service; the procedures for considering and recognizing the emulation titles and the establishment of councils for emulation, commendation and reward at all levels in the education and training service.- (Summary)
