THE STATE PRESIDENTORDER No. 08/L-CTN OF JUNE 22, 2000 ON THE PROMULGATION OF LAWS
THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
1. The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
2. The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Petroleum Law;
3. The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Criminal Procedure Code;
4. The Law on Science and Technology;
5. The Marriage and Family Law,
which were adopted on June 9, 2000 by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 7th session.
