In order to address acts of violating the regulations on intellectual property and quality of products and goods circulated on the market as well as export and import goods, which affect the rights and legitimate interests of intellectual property right holders, the consumers' interests and fair competitive environment of enterprises on domestic and foreign markets, the Minister of Science and Technology instructs the Legal Department, the Inspectorate, the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control and the concerned units of the Ministry to coordinate with one another in the State management over intellectual property as well as goods and product quality and in performing some other necessary tasks.- (Summary)
