To issue together with this Decision the volume of estimating norms for the construction and repair of dikes and/or embankments.

This volume of norms shall serve as basis for the elaboration of unit price and cost estimates of capital construction works included in the construction and repair of dikes and/or embankments.

This volume of norms shall replace the norms issued together with Decision No. 1199/QD-XDCB of July 2, 1994 and Decision No. 818/NN-PCLB/QD of May 9, 1997 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.- (Summary)
