The State Steering Committee for research into wage policy reform shall be composed of the Standing Deputy Prime Minister as its head, and representatives of the concerned ministries and branches as its deputy head and members.

The Steering Committee shall be tasked to:

- Direct the elaboration of the State�s wage policy;

- Research into socio-economic policies related to the wage policy, elaborated by the ministries and branches as assigned, and submit them to the Government for promulgation;

- Organize the implementation of the State�s wage policy and direct, urge and inspect the synchronous application of measures to ensure the achievement of set targets;

- Propose measures to timely handle issues arising in the course of implementing the State�s wage policy.- (Summary)
