DECISION No. 39/2004/QD-BKHCN of December 29, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on the protection of State secrets of the Ministry of Science and Technology

The 4-chapter and 17-article Regulation lists State secrets of the Ministry of Science and Technology and applies to organizations and individuals under its management, organizations and individuals performing State-level programs, schemes and/or projects, as well as organizations and individuals involved in the exploitation and use of such State secrets.
