Subject to fostering are all teachers and educational administrators operating in the education and training sector, at schools or educational establishments.

Fostering duration: 1 summer month.

The fostering aims to raise the awareness about Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; the guidelines and viewpoints of the Party as well as undertakings and policies of the State and branch; raise professional qualifications along the direction of updating and modernization suitable to the practical situation of Vietnam’s educational development in order to meet the requirements on renovating the education objectives, contents and methods.- (Summary)
