To transform the Vegetable and Fruit Forwarding, Storage and Transport Company, which has been a State enterprise under the Vietnam Vegetable and Fruit Corporation, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, into the Vegetable and Fruit Port Joint Stock Company (The Vegetexco Port Joint Stock Company - VEGEPORTJCo.).

The joint stock company�s head office: Nguyen Van Quy street, Phu Nhuan ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The joint stock company shall have a charter capital of VND 30,106,000,000, of which the State�s shares account for 51%, the proportion of shares to be sold to its laborers shall be 31%, and share proportion to be sold to entities outside the enterprise shall be 18%.

The Vegetexco Port Joint Stock Company shall engage in the following business lines and trades:

- Operating ports and anchoring buoys;

- Dealing in warehouses and storing yards, leasing offices;

- Trading in and acting as an agent of vegetable and fruit varieties, processed vegetables, fruits, farm and marine products; machinery, equipment and consumer goods;

- Providing services of loading and unloading, packing export and import goods; acting as a shipping agent and maritime broker;

- Conducting direct export and import of vegetables, fruits, ornamental plants, vegetable and fruit varieties; vegetable and fruit products; spices; farm, forestry and marine products, handicraft and fine-art articles, consumer goods, machinery, equipment, spare parts, chemical raw materials and materials, transport means.- (Summary)
