DECISION No. 61/2004/QD-BTC of July 16, 2004 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on issuance of instant lotteries, promulgated together with the Finance Minister's Decision No. 141/2003/QD-BTC of September 9, 2003

This Decision amends and supplements Articles 7 and 14 of the Regulation on issuance of instant lotteries, promulgated together with the Finance Minister's Decision No. 141/2003/QD-BTC of September 9, 2003; and takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
