CIRCULAR No. 30/2004/TT-BTNMT of November 1, 2004 guiding the elaboration, adjustment and evaluation of land-use plannings and plans
This Circular guides the order and contents of the elaboration and adjustment of land-use plannings and plans as well as contents of evaluation of land-use plannings and plans of the whole country; provinces and centrally-run cities; rural and urban districts, provincial capitals and cities; detailed land-use plannings and plans of communes, wards and townships, hi-tech parks and economic zones.
Regional land-use plannings constitute part of the national land-use planning.
Land-use plannings and plans for defense and security purposes are not governed by this Circular.
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Circular No. 1842/2001/TT-TCDC of November 1, 2001 of the General Land Administration, guiding the Government's Decree No. 68/2001/ND-CP of October 1, 2001 on land-use plannings and plans.- (Summary)
